Safety is more important than any other top priority at ENG Aviation, and is the most critical pillar of our organization.
When it comes to safety, there is no cutting corners. ENG Aviation recognizes this and goes the extra (nautical) mile to ensure we operate with multiple layers of redundancy to ensure the safest experience for our passengers, crew, and aircraft.
Some of the ways that ENG Aviation exudes our safety-first mindset is:
Modern Aircraft: We invest in new and modern aircraft that include safety features not available to older aircraft models. This includes traffic and terrain avoidance systems, windshear prediction systems, and state-of-the-art weather radar systems.
Crew: Our pilots are the backbone of our company. We are meticulous about flying with the best pilots and through our diligent hiring process, we ensure that our crews have the experience, skills, and mindset that matches our safety culture and customer obsession.
Training: As another layer of safety, we invest in intensive flight training for both our Captains and First Officers. ENG Aviation requires both pilots to be PIC type-rated in the aircraft for which they’re flying. Moreover, our entire crew is trained as single pilots adding another layer of safety.
Maintenance: Maintaining an aircraft's airworthiness is critical to safety. We invest heavily in an experienced maintenance team. All of our fleet aircraft are on manufacturer maintenance and engine programs, ensuring our aircraft remain in pristine condition and ready for every flight.
